About the Cybermarket.com.au Shopping Cart and On Line Checkout

1. SECURITY

Your security is guaranteed as we use the CBA payment gateway and that means we never see, and therefore never retain your credit card details, you are actually taken off our site to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's site to enter your credit card details.
When the transaction is successfully concluded, the CBA site presents you with a receipt which you can print out, and after a short time you are then switched back to the cybermarket.com.au site where we present you with a tax invoice that you can also print out.
That invoice stays on the screen until you elect to go back to the site or close the browser.
Cards accepted are:-

2. HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

Whenever you click on a "click here" checkout link it will automatically enter that item in your checkout which will appear on your screen with a quantity of 1 next to your chosen item and the price.
To purchase more than one of an item change the quantity and then click on alter quantity, the checkout will automatically calculate the new total price for whatever quantity you enter.
To purchase additional items just click on them and they will be added to your checkout and your checkout will show all items being purchased and a new price total, and again if you want more than a single purchase of an additional item just change the quantity and click on alter quantity.

Similarly in reverse you can subtract items from the checkout by altering quantity and clicking on alter quantity, and by clearing or entering zero you can delete an item altogether, so if you make an entry mistake or simply change your mind that is what you do.
If you do change your mind it is a good idea to clear the checkout completely so you can start from scratch with nothing carried over in the checkout the next time you access it.

You can take as long as you like looking at various combinations, entering them in the checkout, and altering them because you are not at a stage of committment yet, you are just doing the internet equivalent of walking down a supermarket aisle putting items in your shopping basket and then maybe taking some out again BEFORE you get to the actual payment stage.

When you are satisfied with what is showing in the checkout, you then hit the submit button at the bottom left hand side of the page and what you have decided on in your checkout is then shown as a full page order and you are asked to double check and make sure that it represents exactly what you want.
If for some reason it doesent there is still the ability to go back and add to or subtract from your checkout and resubmit before incurring any liability.

Only when you are 100% satisfied that what is showing after hitting the submit button is correct do you then hit the proceed button, when you are then taken to the CBA site and asked for your credit card details so they can complete the transaction for the amount of money that you have submitted per the items in the checkout.

Please ensure that you are completely sure of what you want before going to the final stage as this is when transaction costs are incurred, and whilst there is no problem crediting your card account if you make an error, we do have to subtract a percentage to cover those transaction costs.
