Registration fee covers attendance at the scientific program at a state of the art
conference facility for the 3 days of the conference.

Notes for Attendees

1. Silver Service meet and greet at airport happens as you exit the baggage claim area (ATS Pacific has an office there) where you are welcomed with big Fijian smiles and garlanding with a garland of fresh tropical flowers, chilled bottle of Fiji Water and refreshing cold towels.
Porter and luggage handling, reconfirmation of flights and assistance with seat allocation and boarding passes are part of the service.

2. Use expandable comments box on checkout page for names re multiple registrations, guests names if sharing accommodation,
and special requests, plus if you are a presenter you can use it for your abstract.

3. As well as being extra special rates, all rates are "run of the house" which means you can get the most expensively situated rooms at the base rate.
At the Radisson the most expensive rooms are Ocean view over the beach; then Lagoon view over the pools and then Garden view.
Ocean View is normally over 16% more expensive than Garden View, thus the total amount of your saving depends on how quickly you book and your choice of location.

Also note that even the smallest configuration, guest room, can handle 3 adults which means potentially even greater savings if sharing.
e.g over 2 nights total cost including registration & continental breakfast would be $532.67 per person if 3 shared, $599 per person if two shared.
Those living in Fiji can still attend all the conference and only need to book for two nights.

4. All room configurations i.e guest room, 1 bedroom suite & 2 bedroom suite have 3 locales, Ocean, Lagoon or Garden and prices usually vary in the same order, but are ALL THE SAME PRICE for this conference, so put your preference in order in the  comments box and we will confirm.

5. For those arriving from overseas if you have elected the complete package or Airport transfer, you will be met at the airport where ATS Pacific has an office conveniently situated as you clear customs, and transported to the Radisson Resort on Denerau Island by private air conditioned car.
ATS Pacific also has a permanent tour desk at the Radisson to assist you during your stay.

6. Please note that due to current economic circumstances, prices will be firm for next 40 days
i.e until 1/6/09, when they will be reviewed.

If you are looking to stay elsewhere than the Radisson during the conference here are some pointers:-

1. Whilst we have concentrated on the Radisson as it is the conference venue, ATS Pacific as Fiji's biggest inbound operator who deals with Europe's biggest wholesalers, can usually organise keen prices for most other hotels in the Denerau/Nadi area even on a one off casual basis, so it would be wise to get us to check your preferred venue for you, or to double check any quote you get before committing.

2. If checking yourself and comparing make sure you are comparing like with like and the basics to keep in mind here are:-
    (a) Is the hotel 5 star?
    (b) Are they quoting you a rate for the peak September period ?
    (c) Have they included Fiji taxes?
          Most dont in their quotes on their web sites and these currently amount to 17.5% which are included in our prices.
    (d) Have they included credit card charges in their quote, most dont whereas they are included in our prices.
    (e) Does the room have the amenities for you to cater for yourself?
    (f) Whereabouts in the hotel is the room situated?
         Early bookers with us will get Ocean or Lagoon View which are normally more expensive than basic rooms.
