BIO
Tom Mawi is one of the finest Jazz guitarists in Fiji. A quiet and
unassuming gentleman with strong Christian beliefs.

Tom has been a professional musician in Fiji for the past 40 odd years.

He constantly receives  invites to Jazz festivals around the world,
and was the guest artist for the Noosa Jazz Festival recently.

Tom plays a Gibson guitar and is unique, in that he does not use a plectrum
but just plays with his thumb. He also plays some of his notes in Octaves,
hence the unique sound.

Tom has played in just about every venue where music is played in Fiji.
